The £50Bn was the post Brexit deal signed off by the Tories Sheila.
We still owe about £7Bn and then it is over
But overall it was cheaper than continuing to be part of the EU and paying the membership fee.
That said I think the various deals agreed were poor and the product of people who had little understanding of negotiating!!
I'm afraid Senior Civil Servants and elected politicians have much to answer for.
