I have accepted every vaccination offered to me. Vaccines have proven to be the most affective defence against virus infection.
Other than a sore arm for a day or two (a small price to pay) I have had no other ill effects except for the smallpox vaccination I received in the sixties. This left me with flu like symptoms and a severe swelling of my arm that caused me to be off work for a week. However, the payback to me and others like me was that smallpox was eradicated around the world in the sixties.
