Good news Bill! It's GR II listed so it cannot be pulled down. Built 1888, designed by 26 Yr old Chales Walker of Newcastle and built by Thomas Lumsden of Jarrow. That gable end window has been replaced but unfortunately put in cockeyed! I've been in there, measured it up and done it's history. It's here to stay!
