It seems to me that all kinds of different means of taxation are floated to see what the reaction is to each suggestion, then it also seems to me that all reactions are then assimilated then decisions will be taken.

It is being floated today that the 2 child tax benefit will be scrapped, I understand that children should not be in poverty but why should OAP’s be taxed to pay for this benefit, plus the paying of other grossly inflated welfare benefits, keeping migrants that kind of thing, by taxing some OAP’s don’t the government realise they could push OAP’s into poverty?
