My wife had a phlebotomy session at our local hospital today. It ran to time and was so efficient.
The phlebotomist was raging about the irresponsible "so called Doctors" who were picketing the premises and she "hoped they were thoroughly soaked in the process"....it is pouring here.
Apparently the going rate for a phlebotomist is about the same as minimum or living wage wage. Makes you wonder?
Frankly the Doctors involved are a disgrace. Looking at them with their daft placards and silly slogans places them as totally non professional and I certainly would have no confidence in being treated by the ones I saw today and those who have appeared on National new programmes.
Fortunately many seem still to be working despite the left wing BMA. Thanks to the ones who are.
