I have a NatWest credit card with only a small credit limit on it, I use this for all online purchases or buying over the phone, luckily I gave nit encountered any issues.

Branches of all banks seem to be closing, I always use one of the very old branches of NatWest in Ludlow, the only machine they have is outside, inside it is counter service only, always the same assistants who always welcome you by name, every is fine at the counter by the bank clerk, fantastic hope it never closes.
