Yes Sheila moulds are better than the plastic type cups or cones.

However it may be down to preference and your hearing.

I have moulds but cups would be better for me as easily cleaned and tend to be more comfortable to wear but they not as good as moulds so moulds it is.

Re moulds I have solid moulds but have had more pliable soft ones in the past and they tend to be more hygienic than solid type.

Regretfully moulds are difficult to keep clean and their connection to the hearing aid prevents cleaning or makes it difficult.
