The Philippines is a strange place, a religious hot bed with fanatical Muslims and zealous Christian movements too. Their government has a lot to answer for, they turn a blind eye to extremists, a lot of people actively look to get out of the country because of the situation there. A very simple solution is countries that allow this to happen should have any aid they receive suspended till they stop these terrorist activities.
