This kind of thing has happened in Jarrow & Hebburn for years.
New buildings inc Council Offices on Campbell Park Rd, The Swimming Pool near Redhouse Garage & Flats built in the 60s, then not many years later they are all demolished.
What other kind of business could survive so many mistakes?
We had a Community Centre on Argyle St and within a short time its gone, just like the school st flats & the Flats in Glen St eg Reyrolle Court.
Is this how other Councils do things?
