I have received a congratulatory message advising me I have done my bit to save the planet and will be rewarded with 8 hours free electricity on Sunday. Yippee. - but what's this I see....? I will still have to pay the VAT on the money I have saved. Of course. How delighted I am to find my efforts are now going in tax towards the £800,000 which is necessary for Miliband to fly to Brazil. He and his entourage are attending the environmental summit.
