Ad harrassment

I am getting my mobile plagued by Locksley Law about car credit. They tell me im owed a massive refund for cars I have never bought including Mercs! I rang them but they are blaming their advertising agent (like they do) Ive blocked them but that doesnt work. As soon as I block them, theyre back in seconds. Surely there must be a way to stop it. Anyone?
