Because the Liebour Council enforced the plain walls policy the Director of Siemens (who I knew) stepped in and offered to take the framed photos to display in their Offices in Hebburn.They stipulated they will pay to a charity so I asked them to pay the £500 chq direct to the Salvation Army who were over the moon.
If the new Council change that stupid plain walls policy, they could always commission me to do it again and produce a display of historic photos for them.
