Have you tried asking the owner/operator of the Iona?
I had one installed outside my pub. Raised the funds from local business's(about £1200) local electrician wired it up to my pub electrics (as they need a trickle feed to keep the battery topped up) and I provided the electric for free.
So I'm sure that the Iona may provide the electric, so worth asking the question of the manager?
