My partner is recovering from a broken hip and shoulder. In hospital I had to remind them she needed an x ray, finally done 2 days later and repeated demands for pain killers. Luckily I was with her when she was discharged with a sheet of paper. Wrong address, wrong medication, wrong title and wrong care package all on one sheet of paper. This is the state of one hospital in Liverpool. I have written to the Registrar who is looking into it. Serious problems here...
