I regularly buy and download books from Amazon and have had no problems in the past, however on this occasion the book I wanted to buy was marked in Dollars and when I tried to contact Amazon I found great difficulty, I couldn’t get through by email, when I phoned the advisers were worse than useless and it was only when I contacted the author that I got help. Very surprised as the poor service from Amazon!
