PC Andrew Harper was Killed doing his duty in 2020 trying to arrest 3 Burglars fleeing in their car. His feet were caught in a strap hanging from the rear of the car & he was dragged for 1 mile at speed and received catastrophic injuries.
It is only 6 yrs since this happened & the 3 men are soon to be released early.
