Unfortunately successive Governments have really no interest in stopping this problem, I really don’t know why, I guess it doesn’t really bother them they don’t have to pay for any of the upkeep it is the tax payer who foots that bill, hopefully at the next GE there might be a wake up call then we will see what will happen.

Unfortunately I do believe that before a GE there will be more trouble on our streets people are just fed up with this matter it isn’t something they voted for that’s for sure.
