Funny you should say that Colin.I lived in 122 Wilson Court and had the same problem. Chutes quite often blocked and the smell was terrific. They used to get up the vent in the bathroom too. Couldn't knock a nail in the precast walls as they were so hard. Total design was rubbish. Couldn't wait to get out!
