BT customer service

I have just agreed a new contract with BT I was told I must change from copper to fibre and will be sent a new hub.. I hsve not received a new hub but my broadband is suddenly very slow. Today I complained to BT and was transferred to someone who would help. The phone line was so quiet, I apologised, but saidI could not hear him. His reply was to disconnect me. What a great service from BT. How can you complain, their service is disgusting |
