It appears that I may have a wheat intolerance.
My breakfast cereal for years has been an ASDA muesli until 6 days ago when I switched to porridge as a try.
Life changing itís been.
I am assuming itís the wheat in the Muesli but the ingredients listed on the packaging is a bit minimal.
Question now is what do I buy now ?.

Are you saying that it is the porridge at fault Alan? I have IBS which means I cant have most muesli and only certain makes of porridge, ASDAs own make is not good for me but Quaker Scotch Oats are excellent Carol
Allan, You say you feel much better after stopping Muesli and changing to Porridge. If I were you I'd just continue with the Porridge. With the name Campbell and having Scottish ancestors it should be OK. Porridge is very good for you and helps lower Cholestrol.
The porridge oats at Aldi are brilliant and so inexpensive. Make proper porridge but don't forget the salt and don't put sugar on it. WE avoid all the "instant" brands. But using proper oats means you have to make it. Even I can do it. And I am Mr Useless in the kitchen!!
