In January, 2018 we had an electricity smart meter fitted by EDF. Even though the fitters could not get a signal, they went ahead and installed it anyway. They had brought along an 'all singing, all dancing' gismo that should have been handed over to me so that I could manage my usage, etc. etc.....part of the reason for fitting the meter in the first place. However, I was told that it would be withheld because there was no signal..... catch 22 ! |
I just wondered if anyone could shine some light on this situation or had similar experience. Does anyone have such a gismo and what can it do for you?
