For what itís worth
In the most powerful country on the planet, its people say goodbye to one of its best (??) sons.
Even presidents are not buried like this. A golden coffin, hundreds of thousands of mourners and sobbing, thousands of people kneeling apologize to the black population of some states.
The Mayor of Minneapolis clutching the coffin with the body of the most worthy (?) of the worthy citizens of America.
His sobs are interrupted by cries of "SOO......OOOORY again continue on the rise.
Choking on saliva, the ex-wife of the murdered weeps, though, the last time she saw him was 6 years ago. That's when he left her with her three-month-old daughter. He hadn't sent alimony to his daughter over the years.
However, the unhappy widow has been crying for a week that she was left without a breadwinner. Therefore, compassionate Americans collected oodles of money for her. She has received around $20,000,000 (that's 20 million, folks!) from the world and money continues to flow in.
The University of Massachusetts has established a George Floyd scholarship. Bloody hell !!!
The great Saint Floyd's rap sheet listed robberies, for drug trafficking, for armed robberies (last time, holding a pregnant woman by the throat and putting a gun barrel to her belly while demanding money).
Then he worked a deal with the investigators. Floyd handed over all his accomplices so they reduced his sentence by several years. He was a 6-time felon.
Floyd's autopsy revealed drugs in his blood. This is the national hero of America of the 21st century?
But there were followers. The Floyd love affair lives and grows.
Mass robberies and violence, as a sign of respect and grief for George, swept the US and now grow into a world wide event.
The most beautiful areas of our cities, including New York and Los Angeles plus many others have now been destroyed. Probably never to return to their former elegance.
89 policemen were killed.
A 17-year-old girl was terribly raped, hundreds of police officers were burned, and not just cars, streets, squares, parks were burned as well.
US presidential candidate Joe Biden also fell to his knees in a rare public appearance after hiding in the basement to avoid speaking illegibly and incoherently in public. Never one to miss an opportunity, he'll milk this for all it's worth in an effort to drum up votes.
Those who are able to think clearly and sensibly - are aware that George Floyd's death was not intentional, and that he didn't deserve to die like that.
The policeman kneeling on his neck for that amount of time - that caused his death - did not kill him on purpose. There are consequences for that, and he's just as aware of it as we are. When you kill or murder someone, you have to face the penalties for it, and he would not have chosen to spend the rest of his life in prison for killing George Floyd. But...it happened, and now he'll pay for it, as he should. But should the rest of the nation be punished for it, too?
All of the caterwauling and hair-pulling and over-the-top political correctness run amok is tearing this country apart, and will not serve to do any healing. What it IS doing, however, is making a lot of us resent the special treatment that 13% of our population is getting, and it has not improved race relations.
If anything, what we're seeing now - all the impossible demands that are outrageous - creates even more animosity.
Gun sales are up 85%. It's hard to buy ammo because it's sold out. The waiting list for concealed carry permits is several months long, there's insane talk of defunding police departments, and the morale of our men in blue is at an all-time low. They risk their lives by simply standing on the street or responding to a call for help. They need our support now, more than ever.
All of this is sheer insanity. God help us all.
Please pass this around - so that there is still a voice of reason to combat the madness in America.
