Right now, back to Geordie Humour...
Geordie, Charlie and Billy were at the doctors for a memory test. “What’s two times two?” he asked Charlie. “177” was the reply. The doctor then asked Billy, “What is two times two?” Billy replied, “Wednesday.” The doctor then asked Geordie, “What is two times two?” “Four.” said Geordie. "That's excellent," the doctor enthused. "How did you get to that?" "Easy'" said Geordie. "Ah just subtracted 177 from Wednesday!"
The topic of the day at the Air Cadets school was what you should do if your parachute malfunctions. The instructor had just got to the part about reserve parachutes when Geordie raised his hand. “If the parachute dissent work,” he asked, “how long div we hev te deploy the reserve?” Looking Geordie straight in the face, the instructor replied, “The rest of your life!”
