A correction from a recent post

The Fionda's shop near Leslie's Gate was Joe Fionda's shop NOT Louis's. His was near the Quay School.

I hope that a photo of Louis Fionda surfaces just so I can see if recognise him. Memory can be a flawed thing.

We lived just a few doors up from this shop No. 69 Ellison Street.
