Elizabeth Baker

Searching old items in my laptop, I have uncovered this little gem. Most readers of this board will know Doctor Elizabeth Baker is a former Hebburn girl who left these shores for Australia where she and her husband set up a cancer clinic. This clinic is now world famous for its stem cell discovery and associated activity. I have asked Elizabeth for permission to show her baptism record and she has agreed. Perhaps if Barrie has room, the item could be stored in his records for safe keeping.

Elizabeth also sent this photograph of two photographs which show her parents on their wedding day and also her two children Danielle & Paul. Danielle unfortunately died two years ago.

Elizabeth will be pleased with your presentation Barry. She remains a remarkable woman who is always seeking to help others. I will take this opportunity to remember her daughter Danielle. She also spent most of her short life helping those in need.
