Another Exercise Suggestion for Lockdown

Here's another suggestion for people wanting to exercise at home during lockdown. Jenny Ford's step aerobic videos are very easy to follow and she is a very engaging teacher. You don't even need to have the plastic "step" that she uses, just step forwards for "up" and back for "down".

The attached link is to a simple, beginners' class though she has more advanced ones for when you get used to it. Just search on YouTube for "Jenny Ford Step Aerobics".
