Tom, I had my left eye done about 2-3 years ago. When the technicians prepared the new lens, they routinely made one for my other eye in readiness for when that became necessary. The operation was over in 5 minutes and painless. After a week, the protective eye patch was removed for good and I was very pleased with the effect on my "new" eye. I still require varifocal glasses and had hoped and expected the second op would have relieved me of that requirement. Unfortunately the second op has not happened. Go for it Tom. You will never feel better. |
