Referendum for Scotland who gets to vote

If there is a referendum in Scotland who should get the vote. |
There are about 750,000+ Scots in England so they say.
Now if Scotland gets independence my wife, son and daughter are able to have a Scotland passport. Add to that the other 6 children of Annís sisters. So that makes 9 people that have an interest in the vote.
Now the 9 would not be counted in the 750,000 fig. Nor would the others from other Scots families. In England.
Say there were an average of 2 per family of the 750,000 that is 1,500,000 on top of the 750,000 that have a vested interest in the outcome of any referendum and therefore should have a vote or say on it.
I am one generation too far down the line regretfully.
To my mind, any referendum has to include all these people or it is meaningless
