This photo I think is 1960s or 70s. I think the lady at the back looks like Trish Conway's mam. Anyone recognise a family member?

Hello Norman l have just received my Hebburn and Jarrow books, looking in forward to reading them. My daugher Lesley Thomas ordered them for me as l do not have a Pay Pal account. I was born at 13 Parliament St Hebburn in1937 have lived in Australia since 1964, went to St Aloysius school with Kathy Doyle. Thank you for posting Jean. Its nice to hear your comment.It must be marvellous for ex pats to keep intouch with their roots and even get intouch with friends. I met Katy Doyle's daughter recently when she came for a book, so hopefully she will see this post and tell her mam.

Jean, I remember your posts from Mikes site, many years ago now. We both had the same memories of Miss Cody at St Aloysius, mostly terrifying,. Glad you are well.
