This morning rode into Harrogate to the bike shop to get more info on operating the bikes e controls. |
You can buy add on that give you the ability to control the power through your mobile phone and collect other data.
Also another add on that enables you to switch the power modes from the grips rather than from the switch on the crossbar.
So that’s another cost add on but I’ll have it.
Also checked the delivery/ availability. Three to four days as the colour and size not in stock.
Rode back home against a strong headwind total miles 18.8.
Just a doddle but still a good work out. I’ve had three rides over the two days nearly 40 miles. Unheard off in recent years.
Saturday must be release day for the hard Roadies as saw 4 groups and by gawd were 2 groups traveling at speed almost like a race.
Going to rest up now for tomorrow’s ride of which there are 2. A 37 and a 40 miler May do the 40 as flat rather than the 37 which as a number of hills. I’ll decide at the start meeting point so I can see who is doing what.
Re locks, I have about 8 but they are for various purposes.
Bikes to caravan, to a tree or post, bike to cycle rack, 2 for Coffee stop. During the year all are used at various times, but one rarely used as the sleeve is now a bit tacky.
