Hacked

Looks like I've been hacked on Facebook, can someone advise on what this means and what I can do, thanking you.

Let all your friends on Facebook know and change your password straight away.

My Facebook account got hacked at the start of lockdown by a student living in London. I got 94 notifications stating people were trying to log in to my account from Glasgow , Milton Keynes and all over the place. I never left my town at the time. Each time I logged on I had to change my password. Very frustrating. The chap intercepted my passcode as my Talktalk email had also been hacked. That was it , I was locked out never to get on again. I could never get in touch with the admins as I needed an account to contact them. I gave up with Facebook and never created a new account.
