Watching doc, now chanel 5 fly tippers, can't understand why stc doesn't adopt there camera tactics. There's a little ofshoot road just passed amazon, it's been getting used by fly tippers for years seems like the council just accept it clear it up and bobs your uncle.

Unless courts hit people hard, allow vehicles to be seized, substantial fines etc it's cheaper to do what they are doing now. It ends up costing the council to prosecute. It's not unique to South Tyneside and I am afraid that magistrates and judges are out of touch, if it impacted on their daily life I reckon the penalties would be a lot higher.
