Norman I am told that I have been HACKED by somebody
Please advise others to be on their guard.
Thanks . I have cancelled my membership for the time being there is not much else I can do !

I dont really know what you mean.
I get email scams every single day and just delete them.
I was told I'd won an Iphone just yesterday and just had to click to accept. Ive supposedly won thousands in various competitions I've never entered so just deleted them. Ive had fake scams from Curry's, and Aldi and other large Companies which I just delete. The nutters are at it constantly. I have had hundred in the last fortnight telling me my Norton or McAfee antivirus needs updating so just delete them as I dont use those antivirus programmes.

Cancelled your membership with which organisation GM?
The Hebburn site doesn't have members and doesnt store any records so the source of your problem must be elsewhere.
What was the nature of the "hack"? Did you get an email of some sort? WE may be able to help sort it for you.

I never go on Face Book so can't advise about it.

Message everyone and tell them you've neen hacked, change your password and don't make it similar to previous password, ideally you should change your password every 3-6 months.
