Tuesday's Header at the Ballast Hill

Today's header photo is an Eric Flack photo of him and his mates at the Ballast Hill not long after WW2. The photo came to me 20 years ago from our Message Board regular Lilian, Eric's wife.
Eric unfortunately passed on recently. RIP Eric.
Long may 'our Lilian' continue as a regular. It's people like Lilian that make this board. Thank you Lilian

The photograph must have been on the disc that Eric sent you the lad next to him is Ronnie Smith Who went to the quay school same time as me,Eric probably knew him from being at Clegwell.I am smiling at Eric wearing a suit riding his bike.
unlike what the cyclists wear these days.My dear lad is very much missed Norman.
