My grandparents lived in Ash, Wood and Harvey street during their lifetime does anyone know when these streets were first built

Here is a List of Colliery Houses in 1871 and those streets wern't yet built Carol.They were probably built soon after though.
District No. 26 Ecclesiastical District of St. Paul’s Enumerator’s notes
Part of the Township of Hedworth, Monkton and Jarrow, comprising what is known as Hebburn Colliery, consisting of Furnace Row, High Lane Row, 'B Pit', Clementson’s Row, Waggonman’s Row, Cross Row, Chapel Row, the Square, Storehouse Row, Quality Row, Smokey Row, 'A Pit', Redhead Terrace, Bede Buildings, Jarrow Woodhouse or Cock Row, Waterside Landing, Hebburn Villa, The Royal Hotel and Lead Works.

My Mothers Baptism Certificate from 1920 shows the address on it is 5 Waggonmans Row, Hebburn, Colliery.

Bill, so that's next-door to No 7 Waggonmans Row, where my grandmother (Sarah Isabella Snowdon) lived from pre 1911, was married from there in 1916. Her grandmother died there in 1918, and George Baldwin(her husband) continued living there into the 1920's..... small world.... So he would have met your mother, as a wee bairn!!!

Wow what a small world after all. My grandparents were James and Sarah Lee. My mom was Mary Jane Howard Lee. The reason I bring up my mother's full name is that a Brenda Williamson was researching her 'Howard' background and that lead to no. 5. Short story, it turns out that Brenda is a 2nd cousin to me. How cool is that!
