Renewing Road Markings on Station Road

Maybe the Council should repair the part of Station Road which was dug up the other week to repair the burst Water Main before remarking the Road because when they do repair it the markings on that part of the road will disappear! - they've started this this morning. Expect temporary traffic lights as well.
I don't know if the Council have been reading some of the posts on this Board but on top of renewing the Road markings, they're now installing new Litter bins & have installed new paving alongside the Zebra Crossing but - there's always a but - a combination of installing the paving & the road "repair " they did after the burst pipe left a clarty mess & a five metre long pothole. 🤷♂️
