My point was simply a factual query, that the volume of housing going in is needed as they are getting sold. Not sure what percentages of the developments are Social Housing? Any one know! |
The wider points is the lack of infrastructure such as shopping,GPS, transportation, affordable buses local jobs.
That's a query with the volume in Housing and prices of the homes, where are the volume of work.
It's not apparent or easily visible such as Reyrolles or shipyards in older days, maybe its Aldi, NHS.
Any one explain local patterns of employments.
Don't think jobcentre could give answers, change happens, things evolve the loss of the coke ovens and the taking down of the stag heap two positives.
But demise of amenities such as our Hebburn Park etc are sadder.
