Another situation where hanging should be Mandatory

A soldier is fighting for his life after being attacked with a knife outside his barracks, in the paper this morning there was a photo of the attacker, the paper hid his face, thing is they couldn’t hide his hands which were, shall we say, ‘coffee coloured’, to my mind in instances like this I do feel that hanging for this crime is a must, as should all murders, yes I know at this point in time it is attempted murder bur pre meditated, there is absolutely no deterrent in this country criminals get sentenced then only serve half of the sentence.

I totally agree with you both Liz and Stan. People are literally getting away with murder these days. It is horrendous.
