That lovely old photo also shows how everyone knew each other in the old days.

There’s a lot of kids there probably too many to be from the one street. I know there were often a lot of children in one family but still probably too many to be from one street.

A lot of the menfolk would have been away in France etc.

My G G/M lived in Church Street which is at the top of Parliament St. she could be on that photo maybe?
