Hope some of the computer buffs can help. We were away on holiday last week and we pulled out all the plugs out of our laptop and modem. We came back and all plugs were put in, laptop working fine but we can not get into our Facebook accounts. We are using our profile picture, but when entering our passwords it is just taking us back to the profile picture page. I have an Ipad and we were using our FB accounts no bother whilst away, and can still get into FB on the Ipad. Not sure if the problem with the laptop is with an update.

Have you tried typing in your email or phone number rather than using profile picture, then your password?

Bill, I changed my password on the Ipad and got straight into my account on the laptop.
