In one of the paper the other day it said that there is over 850,000 youngsters not in education or apprenticeships.

What a waste!

The raise in pension advocated by a think tank screwy!.
Are they trying to get back to the days where you finished work one week and buried the next.

All to cut done on pension payments.

Yes Allan, a bit of a nonsense.

Raise retirement age, to save money on pensions.

So those that would retire stay in work.

So fewer jobs available for school leavers, so pay them Unemployment Benefit (wasn't it called the Dole?)

I don't know the numbers, but it DOES seem nonsense..

It's been going on long enough, started with the raising of ladies retirement to 65, we are now at 66 shortly to be 67, and so it goes on.

In past years the workers tax paid for the pensions. It was obvious there was going to be a problem, when manufacturing collapsed and instead of taxes for the government, they had to find money for the now unemployed. When the “Irregular “ immigrants are going to be allowed to stay, they can then send for their dependants, which will have to be kept. As we are being told it’s going to get worse before it gets better, I do worry what is next for us.

Many Brits pay National Insurance & Income Tax all their lives and die before they reach the UK Pension age? (Like my poor sister did)

With these crazy changes, thousands & thousands more will die before reaching the pension age of 71.
This means the 'Liebour Government' dont have to pay out pensions because the people entitled are dead.

By robbing UK citizens, it will help to pay benifits & pensions for the Foriegn Invaders who came here illegally without passports or any other identification & our weak Government allowed them to stay.
As Germany discovered recently some of these Invaders were Islamist ISIS supporters.
It should have been obvious seeing thousands of these fighting age men flooding into Europe and over the channel to the UK, pretending to be escaping from whatever?
PS France's Pension age is 62 to 67 & Germany's is 65.

Today this £22bn black hole stated by a dead pan faced lady about an hour ago.

We all know that the last Government paid out loads of money during COVID to support working people, yes that money did not come off a tree! It has to be payed back somehow.

There is loads of other statements coming out and Sorry I think they the Government are playing a tune to justify the theft of money from pensioners to give to the likes of train drivers.

One of the latest is for the armed forces to cut back on training to save expenditure on ammo.

Starmer the 'Brahmer' cannot be trusted. He has a reputation for saying one thing and then changing his mind.He stated changing his mind regularly is ok & thats how you learn.
He criticised Sunak saying he was going to take the winter allowance off pensioners, then when he becomes PM he does the exact same thing.

You always know when Starmer is telling lies - he opens his mouth!!!

All this talk about increasing the age at which you can retire and receive pension rising to 70 or even 71, I sincerely hope that these changes will also apply to Public Sector workers why should these people be treated any differently to the rest of us???

In the next few years there is going to be so many people claiming benefits, more people who are not working, have no intention of working but sit with their hands held out to receive handouts, migrants given leave to stay will be wanting to bring into the country extended family who will all be wanting support. I am sorry but the country cannot continue to keeping handing out all of this money, eventually there will be civil disobedience - do you think that anyone attending demos about the situation will be referred to as Far Right?
