Predictive text

No matter what I write, the predictive text takes over. It is correct when I write it but when it gets to the board, it has decided to do what it thinks. How do I stop this as it is ridiculous.

What device are you using.

I often check if my iPad is using U.K. English and not USA.

My usual problem is finger trouble especially if I want a capital letter.

I often miss the space bar and get gobbledygook.

Just looked at my iPad the predictive text can be switched off.

I use an iPad and I was going to say, go to setting and you can switch predictive text off. I’m always complaining about it, but still use it as it can be useful.
