Notice what look to be ladders on the left-hand side of the rock?

I recall a photo showing a bunch of musicians playing on top!... Must've been a heck of a climb, long dresses AND instruments...up a near vertical ladder.....

This poor quality clip shows the 'Pslamists' Choir ontop of the rock.
How did ladies in long dresses manage to climb ladders & steps carved out of the rock to get to the top. Climbing back down might have been harder especially if some were dying to got to the toilet
