I see that your MP bottled it and abstained letting down the Pensioners in her area who need the Winter Payment. Shame on her and others.
Your MP by the way "believes that women can have a penis". Hope she doesn't have more difficult things to understand!!!
Mine locally in South Derbyshire voted to remove it. I am seeing her on Friday and shall express my decision at the appalling decision. It doesn't affect me. I like many don't need it!

Our MP, a member of the Green MP, did Vote to retain the Winter Fuel Allowance, haven’t discovered anything else she has achieved since she was elected in July but time will tell.

For interest our Constituancy voted in a Green MP in July, the Constituency had been Conservative since god knows when, just goes to show that if an MP ‘looses’ interest in his constituents they get voted out, maybe the good people of Jarrow might start to note how their MP behaves and decide to vote them out of Office.

Kate Osborne obviously thinks she is superior to her constituents and she doesnt need to reply when we contact her.
She is in her 50s & from Kent and probably came north to get a safe Labour seat in North Shields.
Jarrow & Hebburn are now lumbered with her even though she knows nothing about Jarrow or Hebburn. As has been said before we cant complain because we got what we always vote for.
So both local MPs Emma Lewell Buck (Shields)and Osborne both backed Starmer's idea to hit the Pensioners.

Unlike Kate Osborne, I did get a reply when I contacted Stephen Hepburn years ago.

Have the utmost respect for Steve Hepburn, was an excellent MP, cannot say the same for Osbourne !

Her annual salary is approx 86500k per year plus expenses

Ian Lavery the Labour MP for Ashington etc stated in the Chronicle a while ago that he never thought years ago as a Miner he would one day be earning 91k a year as an MP.He was one of Scargills right hand men during the Miners strike

So many people did quite well during the miners strike with the exception of the striking miners.
