Anyone else would have been sent to jail for a number of years, one rule for one and another rule for a different class .

Anyone awaiting sentence for that type of offense turn up with a toiletry bag etc,he turned up empty handed,they knew he was getting off with it.

I haven't seen any footage as I have been away today but a news site had stated he had nothing with him.

The news-site you are reading is clearly wrong. He had a trolley case.
Probably another 12yo reporter.

As to the sentence. Really no surprise given the pressure on the prison system.
For me I would rather have a violent offender in jail rather that this bloke for the level of his offences as abhorrent as they are!

When I read it Mac I thought it's arrogance or he knew he wasn't going downstairs. When I saw the sentence it seemed to ratify those thoughts. I wonder if the prison situation wasn't so grave his sentence may have been different, the guy who supplied him was sentenced a little while back he got 12 months suspended.

Yes, I know but had just read a report as I was out all day which had stated he went in empty-handed.

It doesn’t make an6 difference if he had an overnight bag or not, the fact of the matter is he should now be in prison serving a sentence commensurate with the crime(s) he has committed not walking the streets as if he hasn’t a care in the world.

There is a very good video on Youtube from The Sun newspaper regarding Huw Edwards. There was rumours about his activities going back to 2018. I bet the BBC knew about this but of course would have kept it quiet. There must be so much of this going on in the BBC even now.

Let's be honest Ricky they have a track record for this sort of thing, It's amazing how the higher ups in the organisation act like the three wise monkeys and are never held accountable.

Totally agree Brian. The BBC is a disgraceful company and as I have mentioned many times before was the reason I stopped paying my TV licence. Ever since the Jimmy Saville case ,of course they knew about that too I stopped paying. They may catch up with me at some point but I'm hoping some of you lot will send me a cake with a file and hacksaw in it if I'm ever jailed :-)

I have not watched any channel presented by the BBC for a long time now for that very reason, it has become too GAY.
