Now that the junior doctors have settled for 22% over 2 years, I wonder what the next hit against the pensioners will be, could it be the bus pass or or pay extra tax on private pension if you have one.

If this Government carries on taking away benefits from pensioners, which may include the free bus pass, the single persons council tax discount, to name but a few I do feel that civil disobedience will happen and quite rightly so.

I did read something quite funny in the papers, apparently a Labour MP, can’t remember his name, was hounded out of his local pub by pensioners upset by the removal of the WFA, now maybe that kind of thing could catch on???

They feel that the name "Junior" Doctors is demeaning......and want to be called....maybe "House" Doctors

Perhaps one day they may "get a life"? as we used to say......

Malcolm, I think it’s the only profession that trains for eight years, and when all exams are passed and with science degrees, in this day and age are still called Junior. I think they have a point. We’ve taken too much for granted.

Labour keep telling us about a Black Hole and have not stopped mentioning it, Yet not one of them has indicated where its gone or how it was spent, only that the pensioners may be responsible so we'll take from them, poor devils, yet he can give "House Doctors" 20% rise and train driver £60-£70 + per week.

I get the feeling that this Labour Government view Pensioners as a draw on the Country finances hence a constant threat to whatever benefits, which I might add we have paid for, receive, what this Government conveniently seem to forget is that there are more and more ‘new scroungers’ joining the current ‘old scroungers’ who will be taking note about our treatment by the Labour Party and might cast their Vote elsewhere, just my thoughts.

The Socialist strategy to attack pensioners must be based on...
a. Many will die before the next election
b. Others will have illnesses which prevent them from remembering the actions of 2024 or will be just too frail to vote.

They appear to want to kill off pensioners

One thing that they are forgetting, they will be pensioners soon but they will have hidden their nest egg long before.

They are traitors to “Everyboby” in the U.K.

These Think Tanks are all I suppose people with enough money to ignore any cuts.
