Rachel Reeves

I heard yesterday that Rachel Reeves new Chancellor isnt qualified and should be titled 'Chancer'
I looked for someone elses opinion of her & lo and behold he also says the same. She is not upto the job along with a lot of other new ministers.
She might have worked in Banking, but only in Junior rolls?
Please read the comments saying she cant even control her own spending and why her Ministerial Card was taken off her.

This clip explains more on the 'Chancellor of the Exchquer' and how she couldnt look after her own banking affairs. What a joke she is & she's getting away with it so far.

Norman, the civil servants in the treasury will be really doing the work for her. Sadly since Tony Blair politicised the civil service, they are all happy with a Labour government. The Tories when in Office had an awful time trying to get anything passed as the civil servants always tried to slow things down.

I have a friend who works in the Dept For Transport and she said that they all felt that the ‘Grown Ups’ were now back in charge and they were all stressed after the Conservatives! I always think of ‘Yes Minister’ but say nothing.

Jackie, as your friend has been given a whopping big pay rise, the workers and small businesses will have to work harder, as they will have to pay more tax to fund it. Just hope it all works out.

I just couldn’t fathom what she was saying. My opinion is the complete opposite to hers. I try to see both sides but it feels like the kids have been put in charge!

Apparently she had to get help to complete her Income Tax return, a basic, simple task, and she has been made Chancellor ,,!!!!!!!
The mind boggles, just to help her 2 + 2 = 4.

Why are the Media not bringing this up about the unqualified Rachel Reeves?
People like Reeves could wreck lives using the 'Black Hole' excuse they dreamed up.
It shows how useless Starmer is with his Ministerial appointments. Angela chava Rayner Deputy PM

The whole pack of them are totally useless and an embarrassment, how this motley crowd got voted into power I will never know but we are stuck with them for 5 years, things will only get worse !

The Labour Party should be renamed maybe!

Norman, the Civil Servants will be sorting it for her, they are all political now and they were always unhelpful to the last Tory administration.

The Home Office have been unhelpful for many years, I remember John Reid, David Blunkett, Amber Rudd, Theresa May, Jackie Smith to name but a few previous Home Secretaries who complained about that Government Department.

Liz, you are correct, all said “ not fit for purpose” but none of them changed it for the better. Another department been useless for years is The Foreign Office.
