I reckon that is post 1930s Norman judging by the cars possibly into the 40's
The Guinness ad is a bit of a clue because they didn't really go into ads until the 30's although I cant find any info on this one.

The car just behind then truck looks like a Vauxhall judging by then flutes on the bonnet.
