The Cost of Illegal Migrants is Going to Increase

Labour set to line the pockets of lefty lawyers, as if they don’t get paid enough already!!!

I do believe a Government, of any colour, should have a team of lawyers who work solely for the government processing claims, the lawyer should be in a fixed salary, each migrant should be allowed to appeal only once, if they want to appeal more than once that is fine but not at the tax payers expense, also any subsequent appeals should only be allowed after the migrant has been deported, just my opinion.

It’s disgusting, Liz, but not unexpected. When Tony Blair signed the Hunan Rights Act into our laws, his wife opened Matrix law Chambers. Lots of tax payers cash to fund illegal immigrants appeals to stay in the UK. I think with the wealth they made between them, she moved on but her left wing lawyer friends continued on the gravy train. Another useless lot taking taxpayers cash is The Crown Prosecution Service. Most people think they provide a service for the villains.

If the Invaders have no documents, they are breaking the Law so should be returned to France or if France won't take them back, lock them up until there is enough of them to deport to their home country in bulk.
We are too soft here (which they know ) and they actually laugh at us for being soft.
Thay don't want to be English and want to change our country to be like the one they are pretending to escape from.

When a person applies for asylum, they must be truthful and say where they have come from and reasons, which route did they take and what Countries they passed through to get here, what means of transport did they use to get to this Country and who did they pay and how much, any ambiguous answers they should be refused entry, help or assistance.

I agree John any proven untrue answers should mean the application is terminated without appeal.
The laywers should come from a list approved by government and non government agencies and a set fee for each case. Make it more manageable and efficient by simplifying the process, at present its too time consuming and too cumbersome a procedure

Totally agree with all of the above comments, however with soft governments, lefty money grabbing lawyers the gravy train is only going to ge worse !

I agree with all your opinions on this subject. Curious to see how Trump handles this problem in the USA ? He's already threatened Canada with a 25 percent tariff on day one of his takeover if ilegals entering this country are not stopped as some use Canada as a stepping stone into the USA.
