That could be my Grandfather ( George Hardy) in the picture, understand he was the Station Master but I never knew him !

There was also a lovely man there for a short time as station master Johnny Dwyer had a limp he then went to pegswood .

Hi John do you not remember him at Hebburn Station in the sixties? Think he had a false leg as I said lovely man Irish he was also at cramlington.

Was related through my first marriage to Eddie Johnny's wife was nancy whos sister was Eddie's mam the two sisters were nee foster Brendan Foster aunts and Eddie's full cousin .
